Kulturoznawca i socjolog edukacji, absolwent Studium Ewaluacji na Wydziale Socjologii Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego oraz szkoły doktorskiej w Instytucie Filozofii i Socjologii PAN. Posiada wieloletnie doświadczenie w realizacji programów rozwojowych finansowanych ze środków strukturalnych UE, współpracując z instytucjami sektora publicznego, prywatnego oraz organizacjami pozarządowymi. Od 2009 roku związany z Fundacją Rozwoju Systemu Edukacji, gdzie koordynuje Zespół Mobilności Erasmus+ w sektorze edukacji zawodowej. Autor licznych badań i raportów dotyczących wpływu międzynarodowych programów edukacyjnych na rozwój polskiej oświaty.

Culture expert and educational sociologist, graduate of the Evaluation Studies programme at the Faculty of Sociology of the University of Warsaw and doctoral school at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He has many years of experience in implementing development programmes financed by EU structural funds, cooperating with public and private sector institutions and non-governmental organisations. Since 2009, he has been associated with the Foundation for the Development of the Education System, where he coordinates the Erasmus+ Mobility Team in the vocational education sector. Author of numerous reports and research on the impact of international educational programmes on the development of Polish education.
